A swim and some dinner

The most important activity today was taking the boat out to anchor off the beach and swim in water with a prefect temperature, 27C. We had a lovely relaxing day and planned to find a good fish restaurant for dinner, but discovered they were closed because there is no fresh fish to buy on Mondays. So we had dinner just up the road from the marina at Ristorante Pizzeria Bella Vista and everything was very good - Caprese salad, prawn cocktail, and excellent thin crust pizzas. It seems to be impossible to have an early night in Spain though; we were at the restaurant for 2.5 hours to have that simple meal. One of the problems we have found everywhere is the lack of staff and wonder why this is happening when unemployment is such a huge problem.
