We had to stay at a hotel in Ipswich tonight as the boat is not being unloaded until the morning, and our meal at the Anchor Restaurant at the marina was probably the worst food I have ever eaten. The owner and crew from Secret Men's Business, a racing boat from Adelaide, came to have a drink with us as their  boat was being unloaded too.  They are intending to do The Fastnet racing series in August. Fred Wolski also drove to Ipswich to visit us again. Ipswich is a very uninteresting town, not helped by dull grey weather, but at least I found a reasonable Suffolk Farm Shop and a Selfridges superstore to stock up on some food for the boat and the guys found an excellent Chandler, Fox's.
